Willem is a Personal Trainer at Gympact! With many years of experience, he has helped numerous clients achieve sustainable results. Willem is an allround athlete; cycling, surfing, winter sports, running and tennis. He can do it all! For pre & post-natal guidance, pull-ups, and kettlebell workouts, Willem is your go-to person. Willem will also be organizing fun events at the gym!
Daniël Uterwijk
''The goal is to make working out something you like doing''
Meet Daniël. Graduated as a Physical Education teacher and now a Personal Trainer at Gympact. He is mainly interested in powerlifting; for tips on squats, bench press, and deadlifts, he’s the person to go to. When he’s not giving personal training, you’ll often find him leading group classes.
Jefta Timmer
"The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory."
Jefta is a ray of sunshine at Gympact. Whether she’s giving personal training, leading a group class, or just having a chat; she always sets a good atmosphere. However, her friendly smile doesn’t mean her classes are easy! Jefta is also involved in managing the socials and organizing fun events. When she’s not working on her master’s in Sports and Performance Psychology, she’s training at the gym, running in the park, or hanging on a climbing wall somewhere.
Itja de Goede
''There are no shortcuts—everything is reps, reps, reps''
This is our trainer Itja. His passion is mainly in powerlifting, which means he’s constantly working on improving his squat, bench press, and deadlift. As an Amsterdam native, he lived in Asia for 22 years and has now come back to his hometown for some time. In the past, he has participated in several powerlifting competitions and hopes to do so again soon.
David Peranic
"It doesn't matter how fast you progress - as long as you keep progressing."
Meet David. He is currently busy with his education to become a physiotherapist. Originally from Croatia, he has been living in Amsterdam for some time now. At Gympact, you will often find him leading the group during Crosscamp, High Impact, or HYROX classes.
Martyna Pzeradzka
"The only bad workout is the one you didn't do."
Martyna is the first person you see when you walk into Gympact and she’s always ready to answer your questions. She’s always been passionate about basketball, and played it professionally for a few years.
Inés Cueli Fernandez
''What doesn't kill you makes you stronger''
Inés will be one of the first faces you see when you walk into Gympact. Her sports interests can be summed up as "anything that gets my heart rate up." Previously, Inés was a competitive swimmer - now she does a lot of running, pilates, and strength training. As a host at Gympact, she’s ready to answer all your questions.

As the Business Manager at Gympact, Linsy ensures that the organization runs smoothly. Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, Suppliers, and partnerships are her responsibilities. She also loves to join in on workouts at Gympact regularly!
