CROSSCAMP

The class with a focus on strength training! Technique and performance are worked on during each class. The training sessions are designed in such a way that everyone can train optimally at his/her level.

Following the Crosscamp program, you can expect to make progress every month. During each session, the trainer will delve into the focus of the workout. Think, for example, of improving the strength in your legs through squats and deadlifts. Maybe you've always wanted to be able to do a push-up. Crosscamp is the class for people who really want to make progress!

HIGH IMPACT

The class which focuses on enhancing your conditional ability in combination with strength exercises. During this 45-minute class you will be busy with training formats such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). In addition to the physical challenge, you will also be challenged mentally. How much energy are you willing to give? How will your commitment affect your results? What is your limit?

BOOTY WORKOUT
