During these personal training sessions, you will work together with your personal trainer for a full hour to achieve your goals. We get to know each other better, allowing us to help you in the best possible way. Customized training plans, support during workouts, nutrition advice, lifestyle coaching, and skinfold measurements; this is the complete package. Working under good guidance towards lasting results!

During our small group training sessions, you will work together with your partner, family member, or friends under the guidance of your own personal trainer. This is personalized training – but together.


For the small group training sessions, there is a minimum group size of 2 and a maximum group size of 5 people.
